We had our lazy weekend yesterday. I even offered an ice cream treat at swensen’s to precious #2, but he ended up crawling in the bed the whole day, with si precious gendut #1. kahkahkah!!

So anyway, bile dah pukul 3, perut pon berbunyi-bunyi and precious #2 suruh korek fridge tgk apa yg ade….. sbb die malas nak kuar hunting food for lunch.
So, korek punye korek, I managed to find ingredients yg bole buat spaghetti Bolognese emergency. Ekekeke!
So sape2 yg mengalami lazy weekend macam suami saya, u can try my emergency spaghetti Bolognese!
Ingredients Emergency Spaghetti Bolognese (portion for 2):
Spaghetti
Olive oil
10 cloves of garlic. The many garlic cloves you put, the better taste your cooking will be. Tumbuk halus-halus or just blend.
Minced meat
Carrot
1 onion
1 tomato
Tomato puree
Chili sauce
A small bowl of mushrooms
Black paper
Salt & sugar
Method:
Firstly, rendam spaghetti in a large pan. Add some olive oil and a pinch of salt in the pan. Biarkan mendidih and toast it.
Next, to make the sauce – put 2 spoons of olive oil and fry garlic in about 3 minute or so, samapi jadi kuning and wangi, then put in the minced meat. (Why do I put minced meat dulu, sbb u can actually see if the meat is cooked, then only u can continue to put in the next ingredients). After that, masukkan tomato puree and 5 spoon of chili sauce (main taruk jer nak letak byk2 – ikot tekak, tp preferable brand is Kimball) together with carrots, onion and tomato (semua di dadu-dadu, kecik-kecik). Add black paper byk-byk sikit and a dash of salt. You can add some sugar if you like. Last sekali, masukkan mushroom, tunggu sampai it boil and dah siap!!
Put spaghetti yg dah di toast tu in a plate, siramkan sauce yg dah masak tuh.
End result:
Tadaaaaa!! (habis org tu mkn, padahal tade lah sedap sgt ekekeke :p)
